Red began his ironworking career 27 years ago as apprenticeship in 1994 after being inspired to follow the footsteps of his brothers and father, also ironworkers. He wanted to make his father proud knowing that his son was following him into his trade. His most rewarding project thus far is the Amazon Fulfillment Center in Markham, IL because of its size and the amount of workers needed to complete it on time and safely. The most rewarding aspect of his job is having the opportunity to work with his team at Metropolitan Steel. Red is motivated every day by getting a job and trying to figure out where his team needs to be to get the job price-wise.
